1. Booking Confirmation
Your contract is with Sarva Siddha Adventures Pvt. Ltd. A booking is considered confirmed only when:
- We receive your written confirmation via email.
- The required advance deposit has been received by us.
- A booking confirmation has been issued by Sarva Siddha Adventures Pvt. Ltd.
2. Advance Deposit
To confirm a booking, an advance payment of 50% of the total tour cost per person is required.
- The deposit must be transferred to the official bank account of Sarva Siddha Adventures Pvt. Ltd.
- Any charges related to bank transfers, wire transfers, online payments, credit card transactions, or currency conversion shall be borne by the guest.
3. Payment Policy
- A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to secure the booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 75 days prior to the guest's arrival date in India.
- Sarva Siddha Adventures Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to determine the advance payment amount depending on the nature of services and the booking timeline.
- For special departures, festive tours, Christmas, New Year packages, and customized journeys, 100% advance payment may be required.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Cancellation Charges

Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
- Flight Tickets
- Train Tickets
- Safari Bookings
- Christmas & New Year Tours
- Holi Festival Tours
- Hotel reservations made under special promotional or festive packages
5. Liability Disclaimer
Sarva Siddha Adventures Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as a tour operator and does not own or directly control airlines, hotels, transportation providers, or other service suppliers.
We shall not be held liable for:
- Actions or omissions of third-party suppliers.
- Delays, cancellations, or service failures beyond our control.
- Customer negligence or non-compliance.
- Government regulations, restrictions, or policy changes.
- Natural disasters, force majeure events, or acts of God.
- Political unrest, war, terrorism, civil disturbances, or international conflicts.
- Unforeseen circumstances affecting travel operations.
6. Customer Complaints
We strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
If you experience any issue during your trip:
- Inform your Travel Director or our 24/7 support team immediately.
- We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
- If the matter remains unresolved, a written complaint must be submitted within 28 days after completion of the tour.
Failure to notify us within this period may affect our ability to investigate and resolve the complaint.
7. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising between the client and Sarva Siddha Adventures Pvt. Ltd. shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
8. Passports & Visas
- All foreign nationals (except citizens of Nepal and Bhutan) must possess a valid passport with a minimum validity of six months from the date of travel.
- A valid Indian visa is mandatory where applicable.
- Visa and passport processing fees are not included in the tour cost.
- Sarva Siddha Adventures Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for visa refusals, delays, or passport-related issues.
9. Hotel Check-In & Check-Out
Standard hotel timings are:
- Check-In: 2:00 PM (IST)
- Check-Out: 12:00 PM (IST)
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and hotel policies and may incur additional charges.
10. Additional Vehicle Usage
The quoted transportation cost includes only the services specified in the itinerary.
Any additional usage of vehicles beyond the agreed itinerary shall be charged separately.
11. Changes to Itinerary
While every effort is made to operate tours as planned, Sarva Siddha Adventures Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, amend, or alter any part of the itinerary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Government restrictions
- Operational requirements
- Circumstances beyond our control
12. Surcharges
Tour prices may be revised due to:
- Fuel price increases
- Government taxes
- Airfare revisions
- Currency fluctuations
- Other statutory charges
Any increase exceeding 1% may be charged to the customer.
13. Limitation of Liability
Sarva Siddha Adventures Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury, illness, accidents, or death
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
- Travel delays or missed connections
- Additional expenses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances
- Consequential or indirect losses
This limitation applies regardless of whether such events arise from natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, airport closures, political instability, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
